Night gown, necklace, underwear can be removed. I prefer to pose her with gown and without panty. I feel that leaving the gown on suits her better. Body paint and face details are well made. Face, hair sculpt and anatomical details including "privates" are also well made and appropriated to the body. Only the feet and toes looks if they were swollen lol but nothing to be concern unless you are bother by this. Just one piece of advice, be carful when handling the underwear, since it feels that the material that is made of is like rubber. It stretches so it can be put on but it can snap if you not carful.
